GlowBug will accept returns on any product within 15 days of the shipping date for refund or credit, minus shipping & materials cost Please make sure we have the necessary data to process your return: customer name, invoice number and the nature
of the problem. Please keep all packing material and documentation and
any manual, blank warranty card and other accessories provided by the
manufacturer. Any items returned for other than reasons of defects must
