The newest PAL model "Super Bright SafeLight", replaces the "Sure/Workman" light. The wide angle super bright beam is great for work, leisure or home security. Provides 20 hours High Beam, 100 hours power-Safe light, 100 hours SOS help strobe. And one special function that the PAL Survival does not have - you can turn off the light! The light comes in a rubber shock-resistant casing. It has a a removeable clip plus magnet. There is a limited Lifetime warranty. The "Find in the darkness" glow lasts a year from a replaceable 9-volt battery that is included. Lastly it is even waterproof (The PAL is only water resistant!)and weighs only 3 ounces. Available in Black casing with white LED only.

The first thing you will notice about Survival Lite aside from its thick rubber armor and the quality fit of it in your hand, is that it appears as if someone left its light on! What you're seeing is Survival Lite's "Constant Glow" feature - A unique idea you will appreciate each time you reach for this great little light. In this always-on mode, Survival Lite's IC feeds just enough energy to the white light LED so that it glows visibly in any low light situation. That means no fumbling for it in a dark tent, glove compartment or bedside. Yet in this super-efficient mode, the 2-year shelf life of the included Alkaline 9-volt battery is barely affected! (All flashlights should work like this). Now power it up. The positive click of the rubber button will put you in control of one of the four modes of Survival Lite. They are 1)Always On, 2)Low, this is a prominent light level which works well in many situations and may be used for 100 hours or more of light. 3)High, a piercing level of light that may be used for 24 hours of continuous use and 4)Strobe, this mode features the high light level at around 70 flashes-per-minute. The integral lens has a tight focus, concentrating the light output. The focused beam emits approx. a 20 inch circle at ten feet.
